6 Leaf Slipper Spring Suspension and Tandem Axle Hanger Kit for 12,000 lb Axles

When ordering raw materials, you can expect minor rust and oils that will need to be cleaned upon arrival to you. This kit has everything you need to mount your trailer's 5" round axle. The features include:

(4) 6 Leaf 30" x 3" wide heavy duty slipper Spring for 12K Axles, (8) U-bolts, (4) U-bolt Tie Plates for 3" Springs, (16) 5/8"-18 Hex Nuts, (16) 5/8" Lock Washers, (2) 6.250" tall front hangers, (2) 4.120" tall center hangers, (2) 6.630" tall rear hangers, (2) 18.42" long straight equalizers, (4) 1/2" long x 4.5" diameter spring keeper bolts, (4) 1/2" diameter flange locknuts, (4) 1"-8 x 5-1/2" equalizer bolts, (4) 1"-8 diameter hex locknuts, (2) 1-1/8" equalizer bolts, and (2) 1-1/8" hex locknuts.

The spring specs are as follows: Number of leaves: 6, 3" wide, 30 1/2" long (center of spring eye to end of spring), 1" Eye diameter, Rubber bushing, 6000lb capacity, Axle capacity: 12,000lbs.

This kit will replace the suspension on Axle Brands: Dexter, AlKO, Hayes, Rockwell American, and Quality Axles. It is designed for a Tandem axle 12K (24K total) setup.

Spring seats required for mounting the axle to the leaf spring are sold separately. This comprehensive kit ensures you have everything needed to complete the installation of your trailer's suspension system.
